Demagnetiser
Demagnetiser unit removes residual magnetism after magnetic particle inspection in non-destructive testing, Demagnetization of ferromagnetic parts, Industrial Demagnetizing is not an easy task, unless an effective demagnetizing system is used. It is especially difficult when the magnetic field must be reduced to a very low level.

Magnetic Bench Enclosure Hoods
Our durable equipment hood or curtains are used to darken the inspection area to levels well below the common standards and create a very functional inspection environment while keeping operator comfort and convenience in mind. The easy access to the unit is improved by the front “theater style” curtain mechanism which can be folded in half and hung to allow better ventilation in warmer environments.

ZC-230 Series
Standard MPI Bench Equipment
The Magnetic Particle Inspection Equipment ZC 230 is designed and manufactured to deliver 2500 Amps AC / 3000 Amps FWDC. The 1phase FWDC is extremely useful to detect Near surface discontinuities whereas the AC is used to detect Surface discontinuities. Independently controlled contact and coil circuits determines superior indication visibility.

AC Electromagnetic Yoke
AC electromagnetic yoke, ergonomically designed to improve productivity and reduce operator arm and wrist fatigue. The yoke generates a strong AC magnetic field for the detection of surface indications during magnetic particle testing. Lightweight with an ergonomic grip and trigger, the ZC-9 is designed for the rugged demands of field inspection. ZC-9D
AC/HWDC Electromagnetic Yoke
The light weight electromagnetic yoke is the ideal tool for detection of surface or sub-surface cracks and flaws in any ferromagnetic material. No other low cost, portable equipment offers such versatility in Magnetic Particle Inspection. ZChek 9 Black
Oil-Based Visible Magnetic Particle Suspension
ZChek 9 is a black dry powder formulated to be used in wet method Magnetic Particle Inspection to detect discontinuities on light coloured surfaces for optimum colour contrast. Generally used for Non Fluorescent Magnetic Particle inspection in Fabrication , castings & Bright Bars. 9 black may be suspended in either Z801 cart oil or in water. When water as a vehicle use conditioning agents ZChek WA9.

ZChek 9D Red
Colored Non-fluorescent Magnetic Particles
ZChek 9D Red is a Brilliant Red coloured free flowing magnetic particle powder used in Dry Method Magnetic Particle Inspection. The Brilliancy of the colour will provide perfect contrast on most of the ferromagnetic materials and its alloys. This dry method Magnetic Particle inspection is performed under normal visible light which makes the colour of the powder very clear. 9D Red is formulated with selected particle size and shape, to locate surface and near surface discontinuities in ferrous materials.
