Our durable equipment hood or curtains are used to darken the inspection area to levels well below the common standards and create a very functional inspection environment while keeping operator comfort and convenience in mind. The easy access to the unit is improved by the front “theater style” curtain mechanism which can be folded in half and hung to allow better ventilation in warmer environments.

ZC-230 Series

The Magnetic Particle Inspection Equipment ZC 230 is designed and manufactured to deliver 2500 Amps AC / 3000 Amps FWDC. The 1phase FWDC is extremely useful to detect Near surface discontinuities whereas the AC is used to detect Surface discontinuities. Independently controlled contact and coil circuits determines superior indication visibility.

AC Electromagnetic Yoke

AC electromagnetic yoke, ergonomically designed to improve productivity and reduce operator arm and wrist fatigue. The yoke generates a strong AC magnetic field for the detection of surface indications during magnetic particle testing. Lightweight with an ergonomic grip and trigger, the ZC-9 is designed for the rugged demands of field inspection. Featurin a rugged cord and an isolated trigger switch; the ZC-9 is easily serviceable.

ZC-9D

AC/HWDC Electromagnetic Yoke

The light weight electromagnetic yoke is the ideal tool for detection of surface or sub-surface cracks and flaws in any ferromagnetic material. No other low cost, portable equipment offers such versatility in Magnetic Particle Inspection. Fast and simple to operate, it is widely used with either dry or wet method fluorescent or non – fluorescent magnetic powders, in the testing of welds, automotive or railroad components, machine parts, steel and grey iron castings, forgings and in plan inspection, maintenance and repair.
