Demagnetiser
Demagnetiser unit removes residual magnetism after magnetic particle inspection in non-destructive testing, Demagnetization of ferromagnetic parts, Industrial Demagnetizing is not an easy task, unless an effective demagnetizing system is used. It is especially difficult when the magnetic field must be reduced to a very low level.

Our durable equipment hood or curtains are used to darken the inspection area to levels well below the common standards and create a very functional inspection environment while keeping operator comfort and convenience in mind. The easy access to the unit is improved by the front âtheater styleâ curtain mechanism which can be folded in half and hung to allow better ventilation in warmer environments.

UV LED Light - Model ZUV-4

ZUV-4 Hand Held Battery Operated Lamp is designed to be 100% free from UV-B and the LEDâs emit almost no visible light. It is complaint with ASTM UV-A intensity and wave length specifications for LPT & MPT and Is built with mechanical cooling design.
ZUV-4 is approved to be dust and water resistant & this hand held lamp can be used for inspection any part or intricate surfaces of parts. This lamps gives a maximum intensity of 8000Microwatts/Sqcm & is is widely used in NDT inspection booths, fluorescent penetrant and magnetic particle inspection, screening of fluorescent particles, wash station & inspection and so on.

This UV LED Super Flood Light system ZUV-20/ZUV-30 & ZUV-48 Models are designed to illuminate a larger area of inspection with much higher UV- A intensity of nearly 6000 to 8000 mW/Cm.Sq. This can lamp can be used in both washing and Inspection in a FPI system and can be used by means of height adjustable fixture on the MPI Bench Unit.
